undertook the study of classical guitar very young and then turned to ancient plucked instruments such as Lute, Theorbo and Baroque guitar.

In 2014 he achieved the Bachelor Degree with honours, under the direction of Andrea Damiani, at the Conservatorio di Musica “S. Cecilia” in Rome, where he is currently student at the Master Course. Simultaneously with the formation in the Conservatorio, he majored in Medieval Lute and Performance Practice with Claudia Caffagni. He has attended master classes given by Paul O’Dette, Xavier Díaz-Latorre and Joachim Held, and in Medieval and Renaissance polyphony by Claudia Caffagni and Diego Fratelli.

 

He has given many concerts in Italy, both as a soloist and as a member of prestigious ensembles. He collaborates with the Britten-Pears Baroque Orchestra, the Cappella Musicale di S. Petronio,Dramatodia Ensemble, the “Talenti Vulcanici” orchestra, Ensemble da Camera dellaFondazione Italiana per la Musica Antica, Auser Musici, the baroque orchestra and the medieval music ensemble Modo Antiquo.

He has taken part in national and international festivals like Händel-Festspiele in Halle, Aldeburgh Music, Concerti della Cappella PaolinadelQuirinale, Trigonale, Grandezze e Meraviglie, Wunderkammer, Soave Sia il Vento, A Festival of Music in Florence (for Martin Randall Travel), Festival Opera Barga, Festival Leo Brouwer – La Habana, the XLV Festival “Urbino Musica Antica”, Anima Mundi, Anima Mea, Amici della Musica di Pistoia. He collaborates with such great personalities in the field of ancient music as Richard Egarr, Pavlo Beznosiuk, Stefano Demicheli, Sara Mingardo, Roberta Invernizzi, Alessandro Quarta, Claudia Caffagni, Mónika Tóth, Elisa Citterio.

He has recorded with such prestigious discographic houses as Glossa, Tactus, Amadeus, Naїve and Brilliant Classics.
